My favorite season is near. Summer officially starts in 22 days and I’m here for it all. I’m here for the backyard barbecues, outdoor music festivals, day parties, and any other summer soirée. I’m trying to live my best summer life. Most importantly, I’m ready for the summer fashion season.
Ladies, it’s time for sandals, shorts, sleeveless tops and straw hats. I’m so ready for the summer fashion season I pulled out all the S’s for a summer ready look. Starting with my straw hat. I’ve been on a straw hat kick for a few months, trying to find the perfect one. I lucked up and found a super cute Polka Dot one on Amazon.com. I’ve seen this same hat at several online boutiques, so it seems to be very popular.
I actually coordinated this entire look around the hat. Since this hat is super girly, the look had to be girly as well. I decided on a fun Michael Kors ruffle blouse, and tie front shorts from H&M. JustFab black ankle strap sandals finished the look.
This look speaks to me on so many levels. It’s a touch of my favorite color palette, there are polka dots, and it’s super girly. I’m a girly- girl at heart, but not in a pink everything kind of way. So this look does the trick.
