Christmas is practically here! *Does Happy Dance* We are four days away from all the festive cheer a girl can ask for, but unfortunately this year I’ll have to miss out. I have to work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Talk about a major bummer. Despite this major blow , it won’t kill my Christmas spirit or the diminish the joy this time a year brings to my heart. It’s a lot of happiness might I add. I feel like a kid all over again. I jam out to Christmas carols, get excited about Christmas decor, and let’s not forget about the Christmas parties. Don’t you love a bomb holiday party? It’s the precursor to Christmas Day. Because I’ve been feeling super festive , I’ve been dressing the part too.
I’ve overdosed on reds , greens, and plaid. This time around I went for a combination of all three when I sported my thrifted Betsey Johnson red plaid coat.
This coat features a faux fur black collar and falls right at my knees. It’s not super thick, but just right for a southern winter.
I teamed my perfect plaid coat with a green ribbed mock turtleneck and the matching pencil skirt. I bought these pieces last year around this time from Forever 21 and I’m just getting g around to slipping it on.
I finished the look with Just Fab’s “Giada” bow pumps. I also own Just Fab ‘s “Hadley ” bow pumps and Giada is by far my favorite.
My new favorite lip combination finished my look ( Wet N Wild “Sandstorm” lipstick , Mac Lip Pencil in “Chestnut” , and Be a Bombshell Cosmetics Lipgloss in “Secret”).
