When 41 degrees feel like a heat wave, that’s a sure sign you might live in one of the coldest places in the country.Yesterday I probably tootsie rolled across town with the biggest and brightest smile simply because the weather is getting warmer and our days are longer.
We’re approaching my favorite time of the year, spring and summer. To celebrate this break in subzero temperatures I slipped on a fringe mini skirt and strutted around town to run errands.
I’m a sucker for texture and movement. Hence, the suede skirt, fur vest, and leather jacket.

I ditched my winter coat for this look. How often can I say I opted against a wool overcoat or a Parka in Rochester? Hardly ever. So I took advantage of the opportunity.
Needless to say Tuesday was a good day. Hopefully the warmer weather is here to stay.
P.S. I heard we can expect a 50 degree day next Monday. I might lose mind.
