Over the weekend I purchased three new shades of lipstick. Two were from M.A.C’s “Posh Paradise” collection and the other lipstick was from M.A.c.’s “Make Me Over” collection. The lipsticks from the ” Posh Paradise ” collection were mattene finishes and this was my first time using a mattene finish. Mattene lipsticks have all the properties of a matte finish but it’s creamier, softer, and a lot easier to apply. It really just glides on.
I bought “Rare Exotic” and that’s an intense pink. I was looking for something close to “Candy Yum-Yum” since it was sold out when I tried to purchase it.
I bought this intense purple shade, called ” Potent Fig”.
I also bought another shade of red lipstick. Once I discovered ” Russian Red” a few years ago I didn’t think anything could top it , then I met “Ruby Woo”. Now I’ve added ” Runway Red” to my makeup bag. ” Runway Red ” is a deeper darker red with a satin finish.
