Who knew eye shadow and hair could make a HAUTE creation. On Tuesday, Wendy Williams reported on a new trend hitting the streets on her talk show. In L’Wren Scott’s presentation and Chanel Spring 2011 show models graced the runway with pops of colors in their side part. WMagazine.com reported that make-up artist used eye shadow brushes, eye shadow, and water to make the vibrant color show up. Do you think this trend will be one that catches on?
