Beyonce’s “Mrs. Carter Show” is the hottest ticket in town and all of my girls are going including my bestie boo Isabella. But Bella is having a hard time finding something to wear to the concert so she enlisted Ooh La La Blog for help. Here’s the catch, Isabella is beyond picky.
