Picture Perfect: Happy 4th of July From Ooh La La Blog
I was feeling a bit festive this 4th of July Holiday. It’s not quite stars and stripes, but I was still feeling patriotic. What do you think of my look?

Happy Monday Sweeties,
I’m wishing you all a great work week! I celebrated a birthday over the weekend so I’m still high on life. I hope to bring that positivity to my week and continue it through out the year.
Sweeties,
I never know how my day will end up . It can start off great and then end terribly wrong. So here’s what happened Wednesday. I started my day off like any other day. I cooked my bacon and made my cup of coffee and headed to work. My morning meeting was a success. I got my assignments and headed out the door, so I’m good. NOT. Two of my interviews canceled, so I spent the rest of the day scrambling to get two more stories. No fun! At least I was kinda of cute, while chasing stories with my camera and 70 pound tripod. It’s tough out here for a one-man-band reporter. Jesus be a photog. Continue Reading »
My mom called and said, I bought you a purple suit. I quickly thought, oh lawd mom is going to have me looking like a Prince clone. She swore the purple suit was hot. To my surprise it’s one of my new favs. I gave the pantsuit new life by adding my favorite pink silk blouse, a gold skinny belt, and a pair of glitter platform pumps. I’m trying to jazz up my work wear and this look got the job done.
Christmas is a week a way and I’m beyond excited! This weekend I celebrated the holidays with my work boo’s. We had a small Christmas Party at one of the girl’s apartment/ Since we were partying in an A-P-T, there was no need for me to pull out a sequin dress, but she did ask that we kind of dress up. I decided to rock my Oxblood skirt and faux fur vest both from Forever 21. I added super thick black tights to keep my legs warm. My favorite and I mean favorite Sam Edelman ” Uma” boots finished my look . Check out my hair. I used my conair wand styler to achieve the wave/curls.

I dined out Saturday with a group of young professionals and I opted for a street chic look. I consider street chic as a look that’s edgy but polished at the same time. For the dinner party I went with a grey blazer, blue harem pants, a black fitted tee, and glitter pumps. Continue Reading »
This blouse is a combination of everything I’m loving right now and that’s sheer bliss, a high-low hemline, and polka dots. I wore this nude and black polka dot shirt with black leggings and gold sky high wedges. Continue Reading »
