Sweeties,

Friday is finally here and I’m so glad this work week is ending. From  covering heartbreak and grief to celebrating  my friends career move, this week has truly been an emotional roller coaster. It was almost two weeks ago, but I’m still reliving Tuskegee University’s Homecoming.  I celebrated my 10 year class reunion. It was such an awesome experience to go back to a place I called home for many years. Mother Tuskegee is so dear to my heart. The memories are unforgettable , the experience is invaluable , and the education is unmatched.  My time at Tuskegee really laid the foundation of my adult life and I’m grateful for every bit of it. Check out some of the new memories I created on my recent trip to Tuskegee, AL as I celebrated Tuskegee University’s 2016  Homecoming. #TUHC16 Continue Reading »

Sweeties, don’t you love art work and learning about new culture? All of which can find on display at art museums. I always imagined I would love it, but it wasn’t until recently that I found out just how dope this place could really be. I had never been to an art museum until last month. Shhhhhhhh , don’t tell anyone. I can’t believe it either. About two weeks ago I crossed it off my list of things I need to do before I kick the bucket. Continue Reading »
